Are you an experienced Finance Transformation professional with a track record of improving transactional finance processes? Do you have a passion for leading change and driving process improvements in a not-for-profit environment? Are you available for an exciting project with a large, multi-million-pound turnover organisation?

My client, a prominent not-for-profit organisation based in Central London, is seeking an Interim P2P Finance Transformation Consultant for a 9-month contract. This role will focus on reviewing and overhauling the Accounts Payable process to standardise and optimise internal procedures following a series of business changes, including acquisitions and system upgrades.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and understanding the existing (As-Is) Accounts Payable process.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to gather information on what a suitable process should look like.
  • Designing a blueprint for a new, standardised Accounts Payable process.
  • Rolling out the new process and supporting the business in successfully adopting the changes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a significant finance transformation project in a well-established not-for-profit organisation. The role offers the chance to drive meaningful change and create lasting improvements in the payables process.

The role is based in Central London, with an outside IR35 contract offering flexibility. Certain aspects of the contract require on-site presence but the successful candidate will be someone who can autonomously recognise when and where.

To be considered, please meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in transactional finance process transformation and improvements projects, specifically Accounts Payable/P2P.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and process design skills.
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit or public sector is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience implementing change and driving adoption of new processes in scaled Transactional Finance functions.
  • A proven ability to bring people on the change journey.

This is a quick start opportunity, and applications will be reviewed as soon as they are received. Don't miss out—apply now!
