Robertson Bell is once again partnering with a leading charity seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support their year-end process and audit. This is an immediate 3-month contract role, with strong potential for extension.

The key responsibilities include:

• Take the lead on reconciling control accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing clear, audit-ready evidence to support a smooth review process
• Play a key role in the year-end close, supporting the finance team and contributing directly to a successful external audit
• Bring your charity finance expertise to the forefront, leveraging your experience and NetSuite knowledge to add real value from day one

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Extensive experience in charity finance and year-end accounts
• Confidence liaising with auditors and managing the audit process
• Ability to hit the ground running and provide a 'safe pair of hands'
• Strong team player attitude and willingness to muck in where needed
