NEW – Interim Finance Systems Specialist – 6 Months Contract

Robertson Bell is partnering with a leading organisation in Buckinghamshire to recruit an Interim Finance Systems Support Specialist. The role can offer flexible hybrid working and will spend six months supporting the implementation of a new finance system – Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The main responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate UAT efforts, including developing test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to ensure the system meets business requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of finance systems, identifying and resolving any issues or inconsistencies prior to system go-live.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all users are proficient in the updated finance systems, focusing on new features and changes.
• Ensure that all financial controls are maintained throughout the project, including adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition from old to new systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, training materials, and data migration plans to support ongoing system use and compliance.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced with testing, training and supporting on implementations of finance systems.
• Ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles.
