Interim Finance Officer

Robertson Bell are excited to be partnering with a unique organisation at a pivotal point in their journey. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Finance Officer to join on a temporary basis, with a clear pathway to a permanent role for someone who performs well and demonstrates the right attitude.

This role has been designed as a genuine development opportunity. You will receive hands-on training across all core areas of transactional finance, gaining exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing, while working as part of a dynamic finance team driving process improvement and transformation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Assisting with sales invoicing and cash allocation.
• Supporting payroll preparation and processing.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and responding to internal queries.
• Getting involved in improving finance processes as the team evolves.

This role will suit someone who:

• Has a finance degree or some prior experience in a finance or accounts role.
• Brings a positive, proactive and “can-do” attitude.
• Is genuinely keen to learn and develop a long-term career in finance.
• Is comfortable being office-based five days per week.
• Can start immediately or at short notice.
