Interim Finance Business Partner

My client is a large not-for-profit group based in Worcestershire, known for its diverse income and expenditure streams, high staff satisfaction, and an excellent benefits package. They are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Operational Managers and senior stakeholders, providing a full range of financial support to a business area with a budget of around £30m.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Operational Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver comprehensive management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering services.
• Preparing monthly management accounts packs, complete with commentary and analysis for senior reporting.
• Maintaining strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders and attending monthly operational meetings.
• Providing insightful financial analysis and support to drive strategic decision-making.
