Finance Assistant – 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £28,750
Location: North West London
Working Pattern: Full time hours, hybrid – 2/3 days in the office

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Processing income and receipts
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team with day-to-day tasks

About You:

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar transactional finance role
• Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Confident working independently as well as part of a team
