My client is a large Housing Association in the West Midlands seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Finance - Operations on an initial 6-month FTC.
The role has been created to strengthen grip across operational finance following a challenging period for regulatory pressure and wider organisational change. The successful candidate will focus on stabilising the basics across transactions, rents and service charges, allowing the existing Finance leadership to focus on strategic improvement work.
