Lead and motivate a small team to deliver timely and accurate finance administration.
Oversee key processes such as invoicing, direct debits, and service user setup and maintenance.
Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on payments, and ensure strong cash management.
Review and authorise team actions, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Support, coach, and develop staff to enhance capability and performance.
Work cross-functionally with colleagues to resolve queries and identify opportunities for improvement.
Take a hands-on approach to daily operations while driving efficiency and best practice.

Have experience supervising or leading a small finance team.
Bring strong transactional finance skills across income, invoicing, or credit control.
Be confident managing high volumes of data and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Be organised, dependable, and motivated by achieving results through others.
Have a good understanding of finance processes and systems, with the ability to learn quickly.
Based on a hybrid model with regular office presence required.
