We’re partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven charity to appoint a Head of FP&A into a newly created role. This is a pivotal hire within a newly structured Finance Leadership Team, designed to bring specialist expertise into a function that’s evolving quickly in response to scale, complexity, and major funding opportunities.

What you’ll need:
- A recognised accounting qualification.
- Strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, modelling and strategic planning.
- Experience operating at a senior level, influencing decision-making and partnering with stakeholders.
- A track record of improving processes, systems or financial frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - knowing when to deliver directly and when to bring in additional expertise.
Location & working pattern:
Fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings as required. Flexible and compressed working options may be available.
