We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to appoint a Financial Reporting Manager into a key role within the finance team. This is a critical hire, reporting into the Head of Finance, and sits at the heart of a function that is balancing operational delivery, systems improvement, and ongoing organisational change.
You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, leading the month-end process, and ensuring strong financial control across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with real influence - combining technical accounting, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Deliver high-quality financial reporting – prepare profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and monthly management accounts with clear commentary and insight.
Lead core finance processes – oversee month-end close, audit coordination, VAT returns, and UK GAAP compliance.
Partner across the organisation – support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making through meaningful financial analysis.
Drive control and improvement – identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Support audit and compliance – act as key point of contact for external auditors and ensure robust financial governance.
