Location: London | Working Pattern: Hybrid | Salary: £50,000–£60,000

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of statutory accounts and the year-end audit, giving you clear responsibility and visibility across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with charity accounting standards and regulatory requirements, strengthening your technical credibility and confidence.
• Manage the general ledger and reconciliations, allowing you to influence the quality and integrity of financial reporting.
• Provide analysis to support budgeting and forecasting, broadening your exposure beyond pure financial accounting.
• Act as a trusted finance contact for teams and senior leaders, helping you build strong relationships and be recognised for your expertise.

What you’ll need

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with solid financial accounting experience.
• Experience working within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting, and compliance.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines confidently.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to explain financial matters to non-finance colleagues.
