  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Manage and support the finance team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Work closely with clients/service users regarding financial arrangements, including monitoring and arranging payment plans
  • Attend senior leadership meetings and present financial information with clarity and credibility
  • Support the integration and planning of new initiatives and projects within the organisation

We are seeking someone who:

  • Holds at least an AAT qualification
  • Has proven experience in finance management, ideally within medium-to-large organisations
  • Has experience managing at least one direct report
  • Has overseen a wide range of finance responsibilities including statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT, and cashflow forecasting
  • Can build strong relationships, communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders, and present confidently to senior leadership
  • Balances professionalism with approachability, demonstrating emotional intelligence and a good sense of humor
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to manage their own time while supporting the team effectively

This role provides the opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team, with excellent benefits including:

  • Generous fee remission for staff children attending the organisation
  • Access to full sports and recreational facilities
  • Daily lunch provided
  • Flexible study support for professional development
  • Full-time, office-based role (five days a week) to nurture strong team chemistry and collaboration
