What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner across projects, costings and commercial activity
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support funding bids, curriculum planning and new initiatives
- Lead on costing programmes, apprenticeships and new activity, ensuring financial viability and compliance
- Partner closely with operational teams and MIS to challenge assumptions and improve decision-making
- Drive commercial performance, improving existing outlets and identifying new income opportunities
- Oversee the financial planning and control of major projects, including forecasting, grant claims, capital spend, procurement and project accounting
- Support management accounts, audits and fixed asset reporting, ensuring strong financial governance throughout
What you’ll need
- Proven experience producing management accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and cash flow management
- CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- The ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across both finance and non-finance teams
