What you’ll do
- Deliver clear, accurate management reporting and forecasting so stakeholders can make confident, informed decisions.
- Partner with department heads to improve financial understanding, helping them manage budgets more effectively and feel supported rather than challenged.
- Lead financial modelling for projects and programmes, giving you exposure to meaningful initiatives and the opportunity to influence outcomes from the outset.
- Play a central role in budgeting and business planning, allowing you to shape priorities and understand the organisation at a strategic level.
- Provide concise financial commentary to senior leaders, ensuring your insights are heard and valued in key discussions.
What you’ll need
- Experience in management accounting or finance business partnering, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including SumIfs, VLOOKUPs, and Index Matching, with the confidence to turn data into insight.
- The ability to explain financial information clearly and build trust with non-finance colleagues.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a values-led organisation.
