Finance Business Partner
Berkshire | Hybrid (1–2 days per week) | £40,000–£45,000 + benefits
A national charity is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. This role offers the chance to work across multiple areas of the organisation, supporting managers with financial information and contributing to key business decisions.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and review management accounts, providing clear commentary and insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Work closely with operational teams to interpret financial information and provide guidance.
- Complete month-end accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Help implement new reporting tools and systems, supporting ongoing development within the finance function.
What you’ll need
- Actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence to challenge and advise colleagues across the organisation.
- Open to learning and adapting to new systems and processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
