An established organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team. In this role, you will provide insightful financial analysis, support decision-making, and help ensure strong financial management across the organisation.
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Oversee the financial management of projects, including costing, monitoring spend, variance analysis, and grant recovery.
- Provide financial insight and advice to senior leaders, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
- Take the lead on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and assist with statutory accounts preparation.
- Ensure compliance with funder and audit requirements, advising on contract terms, invoicing, and due diligence.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Have experience in finance, ideally with exposure to charity, not-for-profit, or public sector organisations—but strong candidates from audit or commercial backgrounds are also welcome.
- Be confident working with grants, project funding, or complex contracts, and able to advise on compliance and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrate experience or capability in management accounting, reporting, and financial planning, with strong Excel skills.
- Be eager to learn and grow, building relationships across the organisation and providing clear, practical financial advice.
- Be motivated to contribute to positive change and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
