Are you a qualified accountant who thrives on turning numbers into meaningful insight? Do you enjoy supporting budget holders and influencing strategic decisions? Are you looking to join a purpose-led organisation at the heart of the charity sector? If yes, look no further!

We’re supporting a leading national charity to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your financial expertise to influence decision-making and enable positive change across the charity and wider voluntary sector.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner will be:

  • Leading the organisation-wide annual budget process, working closely with senior managers and the Executive Team
  • Producing high-quality monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and analysis
  • Supporting allocated budget holders with forecasting, reporting, and self-service tools
  • Developing financial models to support resource allocation, investment appraisals, and return-on-investment analysis
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to non-finance colleagues, providing clarity and confidence on financial matters
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues in a collaborative, supportive finance team
  • Supporting the preparation of Board reports and external financial submissions

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in finance business partnering. You’ll be given real responsibility across budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement, with the chance to work closely with both operational teams and senior leadership. If you’re looking to grow your influence, sharpen your communication skills, and take the next step in your finance career, this role offers the ideal platform.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • An experienced business partner who enjoys supporting and advising non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong on analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships across an organisation
  • Experienced in the charity sector (desirable)

This is a hybrid role with 1–2 days a week in their Central London office and the rest from home.

If you're looking for a mission-driven environment where you can grow your skills and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now!
