As the Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making.
Taking the lead on financial reporting for your business areas, with a focus on accuracy and strategic insight.
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departments and projects.
Providing expert analysis and advice to non-finance colleagues, ensuring financial information is well understood and aligned with wider objectives.
Building strong working relationships across both finance and operational teams, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Representing finance in senior meetings, helping to shape business performance through insight and challenge.

The ideal candidate will:
Be a part-qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) with a solid foundation in management accounting.
Bring strong skills in financial forecasting, analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Be confident presenting financial information to a variety of audiences, including non-finance stakeholders.
Ideally have experience working in large, complex organisations or within a matrix structure.
Be collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to service improvement.
