Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner who enjoys bringing numbers to life for non-financial stakeholders? Do you thrive in a busy, fast-growing environment where your insights can genuinely shape decision-making? Want to join a friendly and supportive team?

We’re supporting a dynamic organisation as they seek a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their finance team and enhance business partnering. Working closely with the Head of Finance, this is a pivotal role focused on delivering accurate management information, improving financial understanding across departments, and ensuring sound financial control in a complex, evolving environment.

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Produce and review monthly management accounts, forecasts, and key financial reports.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight and challenge to ensure robust plans.
  • Partner with department heads to build financial awareness, explain performance, and support informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvements.
  • Support ongoing system and process enhancement to drive efficiency and accuracy.

This is an exciting time to join a growing organisation with a clear strategic vision and strong leadership. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values openness, learning, and continuous improvement where finance plays an active role in supporting delivery and growth. You’ll be based at their east London head office with two days of home working offered.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid management accounting and business partnering experience, ideally in a complex environment.
  • Is confident working with budget holders and explaining financial concepts clearly and credibly.
  • Is technically capable and comfortable producing management accounts, forecasts, and reconciliations.
  • Brings a proactive, hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Is part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Our client is keen to receive CV’s on a rolling basis so please don’t delay in applying if interested!
