Director of Finance and Resources

Robertson Bell are working with a growing multi-academy trust, to recruit a Director of Finance and Resources. This is a strategic position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for finance in addition to other areas such as estates, IT and procurement across the trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance function – team of four with the potential to increase.
• Oversee operations including premises, estates, health & safety, IT, and procurement
• Drive financial strategy and operational efficiency across multiple schools

Experience required:

• CFO or Finance Director experience in the education sector
• Proven track record managing finance teams in a multi-site education environment
