We’re excited to partner with a prestigious higher education provider to recruit an Accounts Receivable Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you’ll not only oversee critical Accounts Receivable functions but also influence financial systems and develop your leadership portfolio, all in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the age debt reporting and recovery process, certifying that the institution stays financially healthy and sustainable.
  • Oversee weekly student invoicing and account reconciliations, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage student payment plans, making sure of a smooth student experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the registry, accommodation, and commercial teams.
  • Lead and mentor one direct report (Accounts Receivable Assistant), upskilling and developing them in the process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mastery of Unit 4 (Agresso), this is your domain, and you know how to leverage it for impact.
  • A solid background in the higher education sector, with a deep understanding of its unique financial landscape.
  • Proven leadership with hands-on Accounts Receivable management or supervisory experience, you know how to guide teams and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at every level.
  • A sharp, analytical thinker with the initiative to work independently, yet collaborative enough to thrive in a team-driven culture.
