(Part Time) Income Reconciliation Officer

Robertson Bell are proud to be working with a Coventry-based not-for-profit organisation in the search for a part-time Income Reconciliation Officer. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong background in reconciliations and query resolution, seeking a role that offers both impact and flexibility. This is a 3-day per week opportunity with a hybrid working model based in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out manual reconciliations of income across various streams and platforms.
• Liaise directly with customers to investigate and resolve income-related queries.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure income accuracy.
• Assist with reporting on income trends and irregularities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold an AAT qualification (or equivalent level of financial training).
• Have proven experience in manual reconciliations and financial query resolution.
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues.
• Be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
