My client is a large property organisation, seeking a new Transactions Manager (Rents) to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The role will be responsible for leading, training and managing a team of Accounts Receivable Clerks to ensure the effective and timely collection of rental income.

The main responsibilities of the Transactions Manager (Rents) include:

  • Manage a team of three Accounts Receivable Clerks, focusing on rental income, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of rental income.
  • Deal with any complex cases or high level arrears.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team reach their full potential.
  • Identify and implement new process improvements, striving to always drive efficiencies within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with two additional Transactions Managers to develop and implement consistent best practices within the transactional department.
