Split between the Chalk Farm and Mile End offices, and reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, the Service Charge Management Accountant will be responsible for:
*Taking ownership and oversight of all areas of Service Charge for the organisation, and liaise confidently across the business to provide a first-class service by building strong relationships
*Being the on-site expert for all issues surrounding Service Charges, providing training and guidance to staff
*Liaising with all areas of Service Charge to ensure all entries are accurate, anomalies are identified and addressed, and implement procedures that allow for maximum efficiency in recovering costs
*Leading on all reconciliations between the Service Charge system and the general ledger
*Produce accurate monthly management accounts for all Service Charges, to influence strategic decision making at the highest level.

*Hold a full or part accounting qualification (CCAB)
