Based in Central London, this role will last for a minimum period of 3-4 months with the potential for extension or to become permanent. This is an organisation who would stand out on any CV and give the freedom to make process changes and leave a lasting impact.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner are as follows:
-Take a leading role in the Q1 forecast process, owning this for a number of directorates within the organisation.
-Liaise with and up-skill budget holders so that they fully understand the reasons behind the numbers and actions they can take to change things.
-Work alongside other Business Partners in the team to provide commentary on the monthly management pack for the SMT.
-Help manage the month end process, ensuring accurate management accounts are produced which are of real value to stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will preferably be a fully qualified accountant, although those who are qualified by experience will not be ruled out. You will also have a good understanding of the not for profit sector and have business partnered with senior stakeholders in a previous role. In addition to this you must be an excellent communicator with non-finance budget holders and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
