Robertson Bell Finance are working with a growing educational charity based in central London to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their rapidly growing team. The role will last for a period of three months with the potential to go permanent after this.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be to financial support to budget holders, create robust spreadsheets and models for the organisation, assist in the annual budget setting and produce financial reports that are required by external funders.
Another big part of this role will be to lead on a big project that the organisation is due to start and provide financial support for this project. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a good challenge for a short period of time.
The Management Accountant will be required to run all aspects of the month end processes, assist in the delivery of the Annual Report and Accounts including liaising with external auditors when required.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified, experienced Financial Business Partner with extensive charity reporting experience. You will be able to design, implement and communicate finance policies as well as having strong analytical skills. To be able to hit the ground running, an advanced level of Excel is essential, and experience with Great Plains is desirable. Due to the growing nature of the department a hands-on approach to the role is a necessity as new processes are tried and tested.
