Robertson Bell Finance are currently partnered with a high-profile Central Government organisation in the recruitment of an Interim Finance Programme Lead for a period of 6/12 months.
Given the nature of the role this post is outside IR35 and we are ideally looking for those that hold an active CTC, SC, or DV clearance due to profile of the department.
Reporting into the Deputy Director responsibilities will include;
*Outline and implement the financial delivery plan for the programme
*Develop and update financial models of the programme and actively use these to support future business cases.
*Write finance cases and economic cases where feasible.
*Provision of finance support to the departments procurement in the tender development and evaluations for the investments.
*Develop the model which will support the financial / business planning decisions for the affordability of the department over the next 3-5 years.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified account with experience operating in a project finance role within Government. You will be strong on financial modelling with advanced excel skills and as previously mentioned the successful candidate will also be security cleared to a minimum of CTC level.
