The Finance Business Partner role is strategic and will work across multiple departments in the organisation, advising on strategy and identifying areas for growth.
Key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting and managing the month end process for four directorates. Acting as a key financial adviser, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for linking business units to finance, working with budget holders to support decision making on new projects and initiatives. Working within the FP&A team, the Finance Business Partner will work collaboratively to set annual budgets and run forecasts, ensuring the organisation its managing its finances appropriately and that directorates are fully supported.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA) with the ability to build relationships effectively. We are looking for first class communication skills and the ability to build credibility and influence at a senior level.
This position would suit someone ambitious, either coming straight from practice or from a finance business partnering / project accounting background. We are looking for candidates with a value adding mentality, who are keen on joining a role with the chance to line manage and develop within the organisation over the next 18 – 24 months.
