Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with an excellent membership organisation who provide leading research and practical support in their medical field. They are seeking a permanent Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team, to provide support to both the CEO and Senior Management Team.

The key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include:

  • Being the main point of contact for the CEO, advising on matter that require prioritisation, including timescales and deadlines.
  • Be responsible for the effective diary management of the CEO and Senior Management Team.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and reports from all team, committee, and board meetings to be circulated to all attendees.
  • Managing the mailbox for the CEO, responding to all queries and identifying any urgent matters that require actioning by the CEO.
  • Organise travel and accommodation as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in providing Personal/Executive Assistance to CEO and wider Senior Management Team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable strong organisational skills.
  • Experience of working in the not-for-profit/healthcare/education sectors is highly desirable.
