Robertson Bell are recruiting for an Interim HR Strategic Partner. Our client is a Public Sector organisation based in Buckinghamshire, who are seeking support for a period of 6-12 months with a chance to go permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will provide comprehensive strategic support, advice and guidance in relation to employee relations, HR policies and procedures, employee engagement, health and wellbeing and equality and diversity.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Associate Membership of CIPD and have strong HR generalist experience. You will have excellent employee relation skills and have comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation. You will have experience of working on and managing a variety of HR projects including experience in developing, drafting and implementing HR policies, process and practices. In addition to this, you will have proven communication and interpersonal skills and have ideally worked within a similar role within the Public Sector.
