Robertson Bell Finance are partnered with a prestigious (£50mil T.O) charity in South West London who are going through a period of internal transformation and therefore looking for an Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering to join the team on a 6 month contract.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this pivotal role has responsibility for leading a high performing team and full oversight of the financial management, planning and business partnering function for the charity, working closely with budget holders and the development of financial strategy. Key deliverables for the contract will be to produce forecasts for a number of different international regions, ensure that the planning and budgeting process is aligned across the charity and subsequently ensure sustainable budgets are delivered for all regions. This position manages a small team of regional finance staff (through 4 direct reports) to help standardise procedures across international sites.
This position would suit a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIFPA) with a strong interest in working for an international charity and previous experience working in a charity setting. You must have a strong background in financial management, planning and can comfortably manage high performing teams. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex financial information to non-finance partners.
